Orchestral performance delights Tbilisi audience

On Saturday evening, a charity concert featuring the Georgian National Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Vakhtang Machavariani, was held at the Mikeladze Center in Tbilisi.
The concert included the music of Alexi Machavariani (symphony in E minor), as well as the music of Richard Wagner (symphony in E major).
The performance was received warmly by the audience, and the orchestra received a standing ovation at the conclusion of the program.
All proceeds from the concert were transferred into the Georgia National Music Center Development Fund. The concert was sponsored by MAGTI.
