Georgia’s budgetary problems

With little over a month left of 2013, it has become evident that Georgia will not accumulate enough revenue to meet the targets of the 2013 state budget. The current Georgian Dream government blames the former government’s fiscal irresponsibility for the financial shortfall. Meanwhile the oppositional United National Movement (UNM) continue to criticize the Georgian Dream government’s fiscal policies.
