China to deliver grant worth $4.9 million to Georgia

The Chinese government will deliver a grant worth $4.9 million. This statement was made at a meeting between Georgian Minister of Finance Nodar Khaduri and Chinese Ambassador Yue Bin. An agreement on economic and technical cooperation was signed between the Georgian and Chinese governments at the Ministry of Finance on December 16.
The Chinese government will deliver a grant worth 30 million yuan ($4.9 million) to Georgia as part of the agreement.
"The priority economic and technical projects will be financed through this grant," Khaduri said.
“The Chinese government provided Georgia with financial assistance worth 220 million yuan, land reclamation and irrigation equipment. I am sure that the cooperation will continue between the two countries." (Trend)
