Russia to promote tourism in Northern Caucasus

The Head of the Russian Tourism Federal Agency Alexander Radkov thinks that the North Caucasus has a huge potential to attract tourists from all around the world and thus create a positive image.
Dagestan, Ingushetia, Chechnya, and other places of the Northern Caucasus region have a good opportunity in terms of tourism attractions. The recent years have revealed an increase in interest of tourists from different countries to visit the region.
There is also a number of tourists coming from different parts of the Russian Federation.
