Azerbaijan spent 3.85 billion USD on defence

The account document issued by the government of Azerbaijan says that in 2013 Azerbaijan spent around 3.85 billion USD for its defence system.

The money was spent for the structural changes for obtaining modern standard weapons, ammunition, food, clothes, and other logistical items as well as for strengthening combat abilities, improving border protection, social protection of the servicemen, etc. (The Messenger)
