Russian budget to face problems

Representative of Russian Ministry of Finance Maksim Oreshkin stated Russian federal budget will have the deficit of 28 billion USD in 2014.

This amount was envisaged in the Russian state budget through foreign investments and credits. Russia will also have problems from decreasing export of its oil and gas.
