According to the estimations of state sources, in 2014 Georgia will produce about 8.6 billion kw/h of electricity. This is more than the country produced last year.
New power stations are being built in the country, and this has created a stable situation and has increased the amount of electricity produced. Moreover, such a tendency gives the possibility of increasing the country’s export of electricity, mainly to Turkey and further to Middle East countries.
