State Oil Fund assets total 36 billion USD

By April 1, 2014, State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) assets increased and could be greater than 36 billion USD. It started purchasing gold and so far has accumulated more than 30 tonnes. The fund is accumulating money and spending it for targeted reasons for improving the social-economic situation in the country.
