S&P assigns rating to Georgian oil and gas corporation
Thursday, April 7
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'B+' long-term rating to a proposed bond to be issued by Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC (B+/Negative/B), S&P said April 5.
The new bond will refinance most of the existing $250 million bond due 2017.
"We assume that, when issued, all key conditions of the proposed bond will match those of the bond outstanding," S&P said. (Trend.az)
