IPO of Partnership Fund Discussed at Hong Kong Stock Exchange

The Partnership Fund has considered taking on rehabilitation projects of tea plantations in Georgia with the Oriental Patron Financial Group at a Chinese-Georgian business forum held in Shanghai.
Moreover, they have also agreed with the China National Technical Import & Export corporation to start glass manufacturing in Georgia.
In addition, a meeting was held with Jilin New Royal Co., LTD within the frame of the visit, which concerned the construction of a rehabilitation hospital.
David Saganelidze, executive director of the Fund, met representatives of investment consultation companies of the Hong Kong Oriental Patron Financial Group and Kaisun Energy Group Limited linked to the listing of the Partnership Fund’s shares in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Partnership Fund has signed a cooperation memorandum with China-Eurasian Economic
Cooperation Fund by the end of China-Georgian investment forum. Management of Partnership Fund met authorities of several big Chinese companies, including president of China-Eurasian Economic Cooperation Fund. The sides have discussed cooperation prospects for the future. (Caucasus Business Week)
