Azerbaijan may soon insure citizens against unemployment

“It is necessary to soon adopt a ‘Law on compulsory insurance against unemployment’ in Azerbaijan,” Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Salim Muslimov told reporters in Baku on Oct. 11.

“A draft law has already passed inspections in all the relevant authorities,” Muslimov said. “We are waiting for a response from the Ministry of Finance, and I believe the draft law will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers in the near future.” (Trend.az)
