Anthology of Poetic Translation published

An Anthology of Poetic Translation has been issued that is composed of more than 300 translated pieces from 50 different languages into Georgian by 206 translators.
The composer of the book is Alexander Elerdashvili.
The book was published through the financial support of the Translators’ Club and public contribution.
The book includes prominent authors and translators of previous centres as well as modern ones.
Lovers of poetry can read the pieces by Ilia Tchavchavadze, Akaki Tsereteli, Vaja-Pshavela, Ivane Machabeli, Galaktion Tabidze, Paolo Iashvili, Valerian Gaprindashvili and others.
Excellent translations by Vakhushti Kotetishvili, Jemal Ajiashvili, Tamaz Tchkhenkeli, Givi Gachechiladze, Alexander Elerdashvili, Magali Todua, Grigol Abashidze, Tamar Eristavi, Rezo Tabukashvili, David Tserediani, Givi Shakhnazari and others.
Translated pieces by modern translators like Badri Tevzadze, Inesa Merabishvili, Ana Kopaliani, Lulu Dadiani, Zeinab Saria, Giorgi Khulordava and Otar Tsiskadze.
