Presentation of Czech Defence Industry Companies

On June 23, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Georgia organized the presentation of Czech Defence Industry Companies:
Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic (DSIA) associates Czech companies engaged in research, development, production, trade, and marketing of the military and security equipment, material and services. It is a respected partner of the Czech Government, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of the Interior and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with which the DSIA signed a series of cooperation agreements.
Omnipol - a leading company of the Czech DSIA, is a long-term independent partner for the Czech Armed Forces, Police and also for foreign customers. It is also involved in many modernization programmes mainly focused on the most sophisticated defence aerospace and security technologies, systems and equipment. These were also offered to the Georgian Armed Forces. Omnipol daughter´s company ERA won a tender for delivering of mobile passive surveillance systems VÌRA NG for NATO. A Memorandum of Cooperation with LEPL Delta was signed in 2014.

It is a long-term partner of many air forces, particularly of the Czech Air Force, US, Iraqi etc.
VOP CZ is a company operating in the field of defence equipment, engineering production, testing and research & development. The company is mainly engaged in repairing of military equipment and machinery production. Its activities include development, modernization and production of military equipment and the production of civilian products.
