Silk Road Group Announces Plans for Business Center in Batumi

(TBILISI) -- With financial backing from Georgia’s Co-Investment Fund, the Swiss-registered Silk Road Group announced a plan to build a 250 million USD business complex in Georgia’s Black Sea coastal city of Batumi.

The project will be carried out in several stages and construction will begin in 2019, the Silk Road Group announced.

The first stage of the project includes constructing the Silk Road Tower and the creation of a yacht club and its infrastructure.

Residential buildings, a high-class casino and hotel, as well as entertaining centers, multifunctional halls and a conference center will be added in later stages, according to the announced plans.
