Young Georgian talents will participate in Christmas Concert in Paris

On December 7, International Foundation SOS Talents – Michel Sogny will organize an annual Christmas Gala Concert in Paris. This year, it will be held in the historically renowned Bonaparte Palace of 19th Century.
Four young musicians from Georgia will take part in the concert: Anahit Stelmashova, Barbare Chkhaidze, Barbare Tataradze and Ilia Lomtatidze.
The event will reunite guests from the international society and several different countries.
The concert is supported by a prominent Georgian pianist, Elisso Bolkvadze, who has been nominated as the UNESCO Artist for Peace since 2015.
A Pianist, composer and doctor of Philosophy, Michel Sogny created the SOS Talents Foundation in 2000. The main goal is to support gifted young pianists in development of their talent and creativity throughout Michel Sogny’s piano method.
The SOS Talents Foundation has become a bedrock for many young talents in their way to gaining fame on an international arena. Most of the young pianists have been awarded a fellowship by the Foundation to be able to prepare for international piano competitions and concerts.
In its 10th anniversary, the SOS Talents Foundation awarded a special prize for the youngest finalist in the renowned Queen Elisabeth Competition in Belgium.
SOS Talent Foundation has organized many prestigious gala concerts and festivals in Europe. It held concerts in Vilnius Philharmonic Concert Hall, Salle Gaveau (Paris), Batumi Music Center (Georgia), St. Petersburg (Russia), Concertgebouw (Amsterdam), United Nations (ONU) in Geneva, Nobel Prize Summit in Warsaw with the presence of Dalai Lama and Sharon Stone.
As a pianist, Bolkvadze, has been greatly influenced by Sogny’s unique piano method.
In the interview with Forbes.ge, Elisso Bolkvadze stated that this method develops musicians in a special way and causes huge changes in their approach.
By now, Bolkvadze has held several concerts together with SOS Talents Foundation.
