Detox is always a good idea. Spring is the best season for cleansing. Religion fasting periods are very wisely chosen specifically when it is really important to do the cleansing.
We are initiating 5-day juice cleanse (23-27 April) for body and mind detox. To accept the challenge you need to fast for these five days - no food, only juices (water, fruit and vegetable juices, nut milks, kombucha, herbal tea).
Juices does not include smoothies as there is a huge difference between these two. Smoothies still have the fibre from the fruits or veggies and the body needs to digest it. As juices are absorbed by blood directly, digestion system starts dealing with the toxins in the body.
Let’s share our cleansing experience (please tag #namuraw), detox symptoms, how to overcome them - together we can do it. Detox challenge participants will receive daily 6 different drinks for 5 days and plus Namu sweets on the last day.
