After several rehearsals, Oto Nemsadze has released a video, asking his fans to vote for him.

GEL 48 thousand allocated to help inmates remove tattoos
According to the announcement made by the Minister of Justice, Tea Tsulukiani, GEL 48 thousand has been allocated to help inmates remove tattoos. The reason behind this initiative is to help the inmates and ex-convicts in rehabilitation and resocialization.
“Since 2013, we helped 130 inmates get rid of tattoos, which gave them a chance to feel like a part of society,” noted Tsulukiani.
As said by the Ministry of Justice, most of the tattoos are made by the inmates themselves, which makes removing them exceptionally hard. After leaving prison, finding their place in society becomes a great challenge, and the ministry is trying to make the process of adaptation seamless.
