Keti Matabeli & Gia Gugushvili Exhibition

The event took place on June 7 at Gallery Palace Hotel in Tbilisi.
The Healer Twins and Mother Sidonia’s Handmade Accessories Presentation along with the video screening also took place.
Accessories included bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and rings. Accessories resembling fish are trendy among the Georgian people. The Christian fish symbol is one of the most ubiquitous symbols of Christianity. Apart from the cross, the fish symbol is probably the most recognizable symbol of faith.
Keti Matabeli, a Georgian painter, creates pieces of art all over the world. She graduated from Tbilisi State Academy of Art in Georgia. Keti creates folios through different kinds of materials: mixed media materials, newspapers and sheet music. She provides a perfect combination of Pirosmani and Chagall in her art. Her work also features some national historical background as well.
Her art has been displayed in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, England, Holland, the USA, and Israel.
Gia Gugushvili, a Georgian painter, has produced nonfigurative as well as and minimalistic figurative compositions. His paintings are in museums and private collections all over the world.
Nun Sidonia is famous for her handmade jewelry.
