People of all ages can be infected with the novel Coronavirus, however, older people, and people with pre-existing medical conditions are more vulnerable to becoming severely ill with the virus. COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales. These droplets are too heavy to hang in the air, and quickly fall on floors or other surfaces.

The virus has originally spread from the Wuhan region of china, where it has infected more than 80,000 people. The virus quickly spread around the world and as of now its cases have been reported in most of the countries around the world.
