Earlier today, during a seminar organized by the 'Liberal Academy' in Borjomi, Zura Japaridze was attacked near Gori's 'Smart' while en route to the event.
Subsequently, Soso Maisuradze, a resident of Gori, admitted on social media that he was the one responsible for physically assaulting Japaridze.
According to the party's information, Zura Japaridze, the leader of "Girchi - More Freedom," was assaulted in Gori.
"We were on our way to the camp and made a stop at 'Smart' in Gori. While the girls went into the store, Japaridze, who was alone in the car, was attacked by an unstable individual. The incident happened rapidly, and Zura sustained an injury in the eye area. It is disheartening to live in a country where such incidents occur," wrote Ana Kurashvili.

I sincerely hope that the situation in Georgia will never deteriorate to the point of such motivated violence," said Herczynski.
