Darchiashvili emphasized the necessity of permitting international mechanisms in the occupied regions and underscored the importance of maintaining this issue at a high level on the agenda of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees.

Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze Meets EU Ambassador Pawel Herczynski
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, met with Pawel Herczynski, the Ambassador of the European Union to Georgia.
According to the Prime Minister's press service, during the meeting, Kobakhidze emphasized Georgia's rightful place within the EU.
Kobakhidze and Herczynski also conducted a review of the Prime Minister's recent visit to Brussels and the series of high-level meetings held there.
As the Prime Minister noted, following the attainment of candidate status, Georgia's next priority is to open accession negotiations with the European Union. Irakli Kobakhidze and the EU ambassador discussed the dynamics of implementing the priorities outlined in the enlargement report.
